Profuse and frequent sweating without exertion
In:
Treatment Method:
- Do not worry in early stages just wipe body dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid exposure of the body
- Do not stop perspiration suddenly or at all with cold applications until acute symptoms pass.
If prolonged:
- Sponge skin with Very hot Sponge
If temperature is above 40°C:
- Graduated Tub Bath but no lower than 29°C as temperature is lowered - rub vigorously to prevent chill
- Fomentations to Back with Cool Enema
Caused by inactive or relaxed skin.
Contra-indications in normal sweating and fatigue
