Hot:
- 39-41°C Analgesic
Cold:
- 21-30°C Antipyretic
Alternate:
- Use a Y-tube from 2 cans. Hot flows 30sec-2min, cold 15-30sec. 5-12 changes.
- The effect will be greater with extremes of temperature.
- Anti-inflammatory 3-4x a week
