Broken or Fan Douche to all the skin above the diaphragm ie front, back and sides of chest, the throat and top of shoulders
Short Cold: in
- With high pressure in local Anaemia of chest
- 10-7°C, 4-10 sec to breasts in: Pelvic Atony and Pelvic Congestion
Prolonged Cold:
- low pressure, 18-25°C, 1-3 min in
- to breasts: in Pelvic Congestion especially uterine
- to lower third of sternum: in Renal Inactivity
- over the heart: in Tachycardia and Cardiac Insufficiency
Tepid:
to begin with and gradually make colder as tolerates Fan Douche no pressure
- to the back and sides of chest: in Nervous Asthma
- to epicardium: in Palpitation
