Acute asthma is rarely fully relieved by hydrotherapy but try:
- Expectorants especially:
- Fomentations to chest or
- Steam Inhalation especially medicated to lessen dyspnoea and facilitate expectoration, usually occurring when gentle sweating begins
Very severe asthma can be almost completely cured by a prolonged course of:
- hydriatic
- dietetic and
- climatic treatments
- Dry Pack in the frail
