• Fomentations 15 min every hour with...
  • Heating Compress 15°C changed 10 min,,during interval
  • as inflammation subsides prolong interval between Fomentations and change compress less frequently
  • continue with Fomentations each night and Compress overnight for as long as inflamed

In Typhoid Fever :

• Fomentations 20 min every 2 hours with:
  • Hot Foot Bath or
  • Leg Pack and Cooling Compress renewed every 10 min in interval
