Caused by:-

- Graduated Tonic Cold, 1 hour before bedtime or
- brisk exercise to moderate fatigue just before bedtime

Treatment:
Tonic Sedatives are used to produce normal fatigue
- Spinal Alternate Applications
- Cold Mitten Friction
- Alternate Spray
- short Electric Light Bath followed by Alternate Spray
- slow Faradic Tub Bath or better Sinusoidal Tub Bath followed by Massage
- Heating Pack
Tonic treatment in the morning with Sedative and Massage in afternoon or evening
- For mild case best is 3 Fomentations to spine
- When due to Sedentary Lifestyle use Tonic Sedatives
- In business and professional men use Tonics as fatigue is not due to exercise ie. abnormal fatigue. Tonic treatment produces moderate fatigue to naturally induce sleep.
