• cold Percussion Douche 15-18°C to spine hips and legs
  • followed by Neutral Sitz 15-30 min
• cold Plantar Douche 1-2 min

• Fan Douche 18°C over bladder
• Cold Rubbing Sitz
• Irrigation with normal saline or Boracic acid solution begin at 38°C and lower 1° daily to 27°C
