- cold or Alternate Applications to Mucous Passages to uterus
- short cold Genito-Urinary Douche
- Alternate Douche
- very cold Perineal Douche
- Percussion
- Cold Sitz Bath
- Cold Rubbing Sitz
- If painful:
- In Uterine Atony
- short, very cold Thoracic Douche
- cold Abdominal Douche if no congestion
- Fluxion - if causing Visceral Anaemias
