Ascending Douche use as much pressure as possible without pain.
Very Cold:
15-7°C, 2-3 min (Cold will INCREASE marked pain, irritations or Involuntary Spasms DON'T USE) use in:
- Constipation
- Bladder Atony
- Spermatorrhoea
- Urethral Irritation
- Prostatitis
- Uterine Displacements
- Pelvic Atony
Very Hot:
46-50°C, 1-3 min finish with cold 2-3 sec, for most pelvic problems especially
- Spermatorrhoea due to irritability
- during Pregnancy if rigid perineum - use little pressure
- Involuntary Spasms - use moderate pressure
- Pruritus vulvae - temperature as high as can be borne
