Temperatures at, or close to, neutral skin temperature approx 34°C
- Neutral Tub Bath or warm bath 34-37°C
- Neutral Pack
- Continuous Tub Bath
- Oxygen Bath
- Warm or hot Shower, Spray, Hot Douche, or Pail Pour
- neutral Pail Pour to spine
- Sponge - cool, tepid or warm
- Heating Compress - Abdominal Heating Compress
- Fomentations moderately hot, especially to spine and abdomen
- Sun Bath and heat lamp
Also Sedatives to relieve congestion of nerve centres:
- Wet Sheet Pack 19-21°C followed by Graduated Shower 46-32°C 5min 35-32°C
- Hot Foot Bath with cold to head
- Cold Sitz Bath
- Cooling Coil to head or abdomen
- Alternate Douche (percussion) to feet or Alternate Foot Bath

- Insomnia
- agitated Neurasthenia
- Hysteria
- Mania
- Chorea
- Parkinsons Disease
- spastic spinal Paralysis
- Epilepsy
- Tabes Dorsalis
- Agitation due to Congestive Headache
- Clonic Spasm and Tetanus
Precautions:
- If the patient dislikes the treatment or attendant the treatment will cause more agitation than sedation
