- Hot Tub Bath 40-43°C 3-4 min or Hot Blanket Pack then immediately:
- Modified stage IV Wet Sheet Pack
- extra blankets,
- Hot Water Bottle to sides and feet
- 1 cup of hot water before the pack and 2-3 during
- Prolong by removing wet sheet when sweating and Dry Pack with Hot Water Bottle, rubbing of trunk and limbs over blankets and isometric exercises
- Finish with Cold Mitten Friction
