7 stages
- Undressing - 2 glasses of hot or cold water
- Warming - 45-55°C, 3min 1 glass of water, 10min Massage for 2min - move on as soon as sweating
- Hot - 65-75°C - more water drinking
- Shampoo - 3 wet stages and then
- Soap Shampoo
- Cold Plunge - 15°C 2 sec if desired
- Cooling - dry, rub and lightly covered rest 15min or until cool.
Used in the same cases as Hot Air Bath

- Diabetes with Emaciation
- Fevers

- Temp raised from 50-75°C 15-45min until sweating freely
- If delayed sweating
