- Water bowl
- 5 towels
- 1 sheet
- 1 blanket
- As for Cold Mitten Friction except use wet hands.
- Begin with hair, in men, and face, do not dry. then chest, arms, abdomen, legs,
- Roll over and upper back, lower back, spine and feet.

- Tonic and Derivative - begin at 22°C, for the very weak and do only back, gradually lower daily to 10°C in:
- Debility in
- Neurasthenia
- chronic Anaemia, chronic Indigestion
- Chilblains and Cold Extremities 5-10°C over limbs
- Heatstroke combined with cold Pail Pour
- Debility in
- Antipyretic: water 5-18°C - Cup the hand full of water and splash onto the area before vigorous rubbing. Repeat up to 6 times in:
- Retention Fever and Typhoid Fever and Fevers with complications of
- Sedative : 30-35°C
- Stroke don't rub, dry gently in:

- Begin with only one or two parts and increase to whole body
- Begin tepid water and lower by 2°C per day until patient ready for Cold Mitten Friction ie. water is cold
